Welcome to Park City

We're so excited to see you at our wedding! Have a look through the sections below for everything you need to know about getting around and traveling to Park City.

Flying

  • Salt Lake City International (SLC) — About a 40-minute drive to Park City — rental cars, rideshare, and shuttle services are all available right at the airport.

Driving & Parking

Self-parking is available at the lodges. We strongly recommend taking the wedding shuttles between venues — the road up to Orion's Meadow is narrow and parking there is very limited.

Getting Around

Uber and Lyft operate throughout Park City, and the free city bus runs along Main Street and the resort corridors. Cell service can be spotty up at the resort, so book your ride before you head down the mountain.

Complimentary shuttles run between the lodges, Empire Lodge, and Orion's Meadow on the wedding day — see the timeline on the Schedule page for departure times.

Where to Stay

We've secured a discounted promotional rate at both lodges below, and we highly recommend that every guest stays at one of them. We'll be providing transportation to and from the ceremony and reception, and all guests are required to use it — so staying at one of these two hotels is by far the easiest way to be there for everything. If you choose to stay elsewhere, you'll be responsible for getting yourself to and from our shuttle pick-up and drop-off locations.
